Whilst relatively small in numbers, collectively the members of NAFES posses outstanding levels of knowledge and experience in food equipment technology.
They are without peer in their expertise and vision, particularly in future trends of methods.

NAFES focuses on bringing together specialist suppliers to enhance the standing of the industry through ethical business practices. It promotes progress, education, co-operation with regulatory agencies and recognizes individual achievement by companies and individuals in the development of the foodservice industry in Australia.

NAFES offers an accreditation programme available for its members' employees and members dealers. It is the adoption of the highly regarded American NAFEM 'Certified Foodservice Professional' - CFSP Programme.
CFSP designees have achieved a high level of distinction. Acquiring CFSP statues has a variety of significant benefits, including the achievement of high levels of personal and professional growth, development and industry recognition.
In order to be considered for CFSP designation, candidates are required to successfully complete a written examination, provide documented evidence of foodservice industry experience, participate in continuing education programs and demonstrate leadership in industry activities.
